I am 22 years old and 6.5 months postpartum.
Daily prostnatal vitamins and occasional acetaminophen
No dietary restrictions. Minimal caffeine (some chocolate and an occasional soda)
No drug or alcohol use at all.
Milk from 08/20/2023 - present. The milk is stored in bricks in a deep freezer. I have 12 gallon size freezer bags (each with 10, 6oz bags)
