I have never done any drugs of any kind, never smoked, and never drunken alcohol in my life so you'll be buying very healthy milk. I do take a prenatal and an additional vitamin D supplement daily. I do not adhere to any restricted diets, so the milk may contain dairy/soy/proteins from meat.
