My baby just turned 3 months. Very healthy diet. No caffeine I don't drink coffee, I eat very healthy, lots of organic fruits/vegetables, protein, healthy fats whole wheat/grains carb,salmon, nuts.. Not vaccinated, no alcohol, don't smoke nor second hand. No medication, no health problems. I pump daily. Wash/sanitize pump after each use. My baby can't consume as much as produce. Would love to help if someone can use some. I store in a deep freezer. From October 2023 till currently. Dates on bag.
