31 year old mom of 2, including newest daughter born 11/9/23. Began pumping 2 weeks postpartum. Clean diet but not dairy free. Currently taking D3 supplement as well as seeking health optimal prenatal. Mixture of day and nighttime milk, pump is washed and sterilized after each pumping. Milk is immediately labeled and frozen, mostly in 1-2 oz amounts but with a few 3oz bags. Currently have 300oz pumped but was laid off from my job and will be staying home with my daughter so I don’t need it. Can continue pumping if more is needed.
