I am a 26-year-old mum of 3 month old twins. I am breastfeeding both and have an excess of around 100oz per day. I am very healthy - a former professional cyclist (only retiring once I became pregnant). Twins weighed 6lbs 5oz and 6lbs 11oz at birth, and are now over 16lbs. The breast milk has been working magic!

I eat a strictly vegetarian, whole-food diet. I don’t take any medication, do not drink alcohol or smoke, and generally live the healthiest lifestyle possible. I am allergic to nuts so do not eat these.

I hope that my excess supply does not go to waste, and hope that I can put the extra money I make selling this milk towards staying home for longer with my twins. My maternity pay runs out in 2 weeks, but I would like to stay home with them as long as possible.

I have been screened for HIV, hepatitis and numerous other infectious illnesses via blood tests at 6 weeks and 12 weeks postpartum. I am not diabetic. I am happy to share the results of these tests as reassurance.

I use the Elvie Pump breast pump, and wash all the parts in the dishwasher with mild low pH detergent, and steriliser it in a Tommee Tippee UV steriliser on a long cycle (60 minutes) between every pump.
