I exercise every day, eat a balanced, healthy diet, and don't drink any caffeinated beverages (only a decaf latte once a week). I don't smoke, drink alcohol, or use any drugs. I don't use any over-the-counter drugs either, not even Tylenol. Supplementing with Vitamin D for the winter, but unfortunately I hear that doesn't make it into the breast milk.

I have a bunch of frozen bags in different sizes. I also pump daily and would be willing to sell fresh. I'm located in London, Ontario and don't drive, so you could pick up here. I can also ship it to you frozen depending on where you are.
