My little one was diagnosed with a dairy allergy, ending my breast feeding journey about one month ago. Currently have milk from 2.5-5 months old. Non-smoker, do not drink alcohol, and very good diet— I am a dietitian 🙂 Frozen within 48 hours max however, typically 24 hours.
