I have fresh and frozen breast milk for sale in the Fayetteville, NC area. I eat pretty healthy, consume meats and dairy, and take daily prenatal and a lactation probiotic. I believe my milk is pretty nutritious as my 14 week old is growing so fast even though he doesn't consume as much as his peers at daycare.
