I have a premature baby with an oversupply so I have a ton of frozen milk. Milk is frozen by the end of the day it is pumped. These are stored in 6 ounce breastmilk bags. I can provide unfrozen milk as well, upon request. I am completely healthy, unvaccinated, non-smoker, do not use drugs or alcohol. I have cut out caffeine for the past year while pregnant and will continue to do so while breastfeeding. I eat a balanced diet with lots of protein, veggies, and colorful fruits. I drink milk with added DHA. I take my prenatal daily with added iron and magnesium. I am a germaphobe and sterilize pump parts after every use.
