I am a healthy and athletic stay-at-home/homeschooling mom who cooks all our family meals from scratch.
I don't eat dairy or beef as my baby has allergies.
I completely avoid caffeine and sugar (except for fruits and organic honey), and I haven't drunk alcohol since 2017. I am disease-free and medication-free (except for postnatal vitamins), and I have never smoked or taken drugs. I am not COVID-vaccinated.
I wash and sterilize pumping equipment after every use.
If you need a blood test to check my levels and can cover the cost, I can undergo one.

I am selling my excess milk (fresh or frozen) at 1€/oz in 8-ounce bags. Local pickup is available, and a cooler box is recommended. Delivery is also available with an additional cost for the cooler and ice packs.
