Recently went dairy free at the guidance of our daughter’s GI doctor and have discovered that her stomach issues were due to dairy.

So now I need to empty my freezer so I can replenish with dairy free diet milk (I am going back to work and she is starting daycare in August).

Most milk frozen after being pumped, some sat in fridge for no more than 2 days before freezing.
