Up to 20oz per day available for fresh, unfrozen milk.
Suppliments: Whey isolate, BCAAs, Omega-3, Cal-Mag-D, Brewer's Yeast, Moringa,
Diet: Paleo diet with Warrior Diet fasting protocol. No fast food/junk food. No dairy. I do drink a lot of almond milk, so if you have an almond or nut allergy it may be a good idea to avoid my milk.
Vacinations: No Covid Vax. T-Dap while pregnant.

I am an over producer of breast milk and my freezer is starting to run out of room. My diet is very clean, and I do not take any drugs, prescription or otc. I do not drink, smoke, or vape.
* Quantity of available breastmilk depends on how much my daughter is consuming per day, but on average there is usually about a 20oz surplus that she will not consume.
