My fiancé drinks only water, almond milk and Pedialyte. She likes to eat scrambled eggs, greek yogurt and tuna as part of a high protein diet. NO alcohol. NO smoking. NO drugs. NO caffeine. NO soda. Now we have a freezer overstocked with plenty of breastmilk.
