I am 23 years old and have been collecting colostrum for a little over a week now (since 37 weeks), my son is due at the end of July but I am making way more than I expected. Price is per 5ml bottle. I eat a well balanced diet of all homemade meals (lots of eggs, veggies, meat, yogurt, and whole grains), drinking water, milk, and tea. I buy organic fruits and vegetables (groceries from Whole Foods). I’ve been taking Needed vitamins throughout my whole pregnancy (all bioavailabile forms of the vitamins), collagen protein, as well as DHA and EPA omega-3’s. All bottles (sterilized Momcozy collectors) have been frozen after 24 hours of refrigeration. I used a sterilized hand pump since hand expression didn’t work very well. Smoke and drug free home, I dont eat artificial food coloring, I haven’t taken Tylenol or any other otc drugs or vaccinations throughout pregnancy.
