I have a freezer stash of ~2000oz and overproduce by ~30oz daily. I eat a balanced diet with focus on whole foods, variety of fruits and leafy vegetables, legumes, high protein and healthy fats, 150grams of protein from both animal and plant sources. I also take calcium, choline, vitamin D and B in addition to pre/postnatal supplement. No alcohol consumption since June of 2022. Never smoked.
I intentionally created an oversupply to build a freezer stash but since starting solids, our baby’s interest in milk has decreased.
Milk is labeled and frozen daily and organized in gallon ziploc bags. Selling by the brick for $1.50/oz, each brick is a ziploc bag filled with 50-60oz.
