I have 500+ oz available of very recently pumped milk (baby born 7/17). I am out of space in our deep freeze and freezer so looking to sell quickly. I have frozen over 1000oz, but am just wanting to sell 500oz. I would be interested in continuing selling the rest to the same family later on. I’m just not sure if my supply will stay this high so I’d like to keep 500oz as backup for my baby.
Background info:
-I eat a nutrient-rich, high protein, gluten free diet.
-I am 27 years old and have no underlying health issues, don’t take any medications or drink, & am very active.
-I believe my milk is very fatty as my baby was back to birth weight in 4 days & has gained 2 lbs in just 1 month.
-I have a rigorous sanitization process with my pumping/bagging (probably overkill, but I’m a first time mom & perfectionist lol) and have a dedicated area in my kitchen solely for milk prep. I wash and sterilize pump parts every time.
-In order to ensure all bagged milk contains equal levels of fat & nutrients, I follow the pitcher method according to CDC guidelines.
I am hoping to get .25/oz as compensation for all of the time & work of pumping constantly to achieve this supply. Happy to answer any additional questions you may have!
