Hi my name is Ivana. I am a SAHM and about 5 weeks postpartum. I was recently expecting a baby girl but she passed away at 35 weeks on Sept 4th due to complications with the umbilical cord. Our family has been devastated by her unexpected loss. Pumping has been healing for me as I want to make something good of our situation and I know there are babies out there who can benefit. I’m hoping to offer some of my breast milk to a mother in need while also helping to recover some of my medical costs. Here’s a little bit about me and my lifestyle:

*I eat an organic whole food diet. Lots of protein and produce. I make most of my meals at home and don’t eat out often. I limit processed foods, sugar, and caffeine. I read every label and avoid bad ingredients, additives, and dyes.

*I take high quality supplements. Currently prenatal vitamins + dha (Thorne), probiotics, and trace minerals.

*I avoid use of chemicals and fragrance in our household. I use clean personal care products.

*I’m unvaccinated - never had a flu shot, no mRNA covid vaccines, and no other vaccines aside from what I had as a child over 30 years ago.

*I don’t take any prescription or OTC medications. I do not smoke or drink alcohol.

Pump parts are cleaned thoroughly each session. All milk is labelled with time and date and stored in the freezer immediately after pumping.

I also have shelf stable, freeze dried milk available (just add water). Freeze dried milk is prepared with gloves and sealed in mylar bags with an oxygen absorber.
