About me:
I'm in excellent health, a non-smoker/tobacco user, no alcohol or drug consumption, and on a balanced diet, with a multi vitamin supplement, and getting regular exercise. I'm a strict vegetarian, ensuring a clean and nutrient-dense milk supply. No medications, antibiotics or substance use that could affect milk quality. No history of HIV, HPV, or STIs, and regularly tested through the DoD.

I adhere to pumping, storage, and cleaning guidelines.
