My baby girl was born early June and I’ve been an exclusive pumper the entire time as my baby was born early and had a hard time latching. I produce 50 oz a day and she takes 30 oz, so I freeze the 20 oz excess utilizing the pitcher method. Bags of 6-8 oz of milk are stored in a deep freezer not near any other food products. I had healthy blood work throughout my pregnancy and no other health conditions currently.

I work as a physical therapist and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
