I focus on freshness, milk is always frozen immediately so it is very low in lipase low in oxidation. No breastmilk I sell is ever over 45days old, fresh is best! Pump parts are cleaned after every use. Longer pump sessions are used to express higher levels of hind milk. (More fats and Proteins)

I practice allergen exposer so I routinely consume, walnuts, almond, peanut butter, eggs, soy, wheat, and dairy. I am an omnivore.

I do not smoke anything. I do not consume thc, cbd. I do not drink.

Supplements I take are Prenatals, D, Krill oil, Walnut oil and Wild Salmon oil. My HDL 109 to promote healthy brain development in my baby and yours.
