I am a healthy 31 year old mum of 4. Born in the USA, but living in the UK. I currently exclusively breastfeed, but I have also been pumping and have an oversupply. I eat a well balanced diet and try to keep my food intake as natural as possible. I do not smoke or drink any alcohol.
