My diet is mostly animal-based; I eat meat (including organ meat and collagen), fruit, eggs, dairy, raw honey, and probiotic foods.

I generally avoid:
- Grains (except white rice and oats)
- Refined sugars
- Vegetable oils
- Leafy greens
- Legumes

I take the following supplements:
- Women’s mulitvitamin
- Cod liver oil
- Selenium
- Vitamin D
- Turmeric with black pepper
- Probiotic
- Vitamin C
- Chlorella
- Sunflower lecithin

I drink store-bought kombucha often, up to 2 cups a day. I have black or green tea almost daily. A few times a week I enjoy coffee instead, 1-3 cups.

I have not received a COVID vaccine. I did have one case confirmed in 2021.

I don’t do recreational drugs or take prescription medication. I sometimes use acetaminophen (Tylenol) for muscle aches or plugged ducts.

I rarely drink alcohol (~1-2 drinks a month) — I either wait 3+ hours after a drink to pump or else set that milk aside to make special soap.

All milk is frozen immediately or chilled immediately and frozen within hours.

Pump is cleaned with pump wipes and washed with its own set of silicone brushes. Pump and brushes are regularly soaked in vinegar and sanitized in boiling water.
