More Information
Welcome! As a mom dedicated to providing high-quality nutrition, I take pride in offering my breast milk to support other parents and babies. Here's a bit more about me and my milk storage practices. I am a mom of two beautiful girls. My oldest is almost 5 and my youngest is almost 5 months. I've been steadily producing milk with my second child since her birth back in June. With daily feedings, I'm still producing up to 24oz a day. After each pumping session, I bag my milk and freeze it. We have a mini freezer that I fill up before I transition my stash into the "milk-bricks". This is where I fill a gallon Ziplock with 11-12 bags of milk and store it in our deep freezer. I make sure to label each individual bag with the date and amount of milk inside, and each gallon bag with the month and year. I have a high valve for overall health. I like to stay active and usually weight lift 2-3 days a week. I try to stay well hydrated by drinking water, but of course with mom life I still need my one cup of coffee in the mornings. My diet consists of a variety of nutrients coming from whole foods and high protein meals. I dedicate my Sundays to meal prepping for the week ahead. I consume a lot of eggs, turkey, and chicken. My 5-month-old is making big strides in the healthiest ways. She is so chatty and smiles big each time she sees her big sister. She sleeps through the night and is never fussy unless she needs something. Mommies got her back, so we turned that frown upside down! Currently I am working part-time. I like to spend my days off with my family, maintaining a clean home, baking and cooking for my family and friends. My specialty is whole wheat chocolate chip cookies and protein balls.
