Dietary Restrictions: None; I do not drink milk, however I have a small amount of cheese per day, and maybe once a month I’ll have a cup of ice cream. Also, I do not drink coffee but I do have a glass of green tea.

Drugs/Alcohol/Tobacco usage: I have never smoked or done drugs. Before pregnancy I did have a drink once or twice a year, but now no alcohol.


Date of milk & how it’s stored: Milk is from past 3 months. I do not use the pitcher method. Milk is pumped into individual bottles and transferred straight away to refrigerator, all excess milk is then transferred to freezer at end of day. Milk is stored in deep freezer once bricked..
