I'm a mom with extra breast milk. My healthy baby was born in August 2024, and I've got a great supply. I santize pumping parts daily, replace them every 3 months, and engage in safe storage practices. I've been freezing the excess, and now I have hundreds ounces that I just don't need. With my previous child, I donated to a milk bank and a friend and have donated some of my current supply this round. I'm a healthy, non-smoking mom who eats a balanced diet. I take a daily nasal spray (fluticasone), prenatal vitams, and vitamin D3. That's it for medications.
