Started pumping in January 2025, so hasn’t been sitting in the freezer for long.
I am a healthy mom of 2 who is an over producer with no health issues. No drug use, no drinking or smoking of any kind. I eat clean and cook most of my meals from scratch. Milk is stored properly with all pump parts sterilized between pumps.
