Healthy, happily married, Financially stable, Mom of 4 kids. I enjoyed nursing my kids until 13 mths.

I'm a gestational (not my egg) surrogate. I had to go through extensive blood work testing which includes infectious diseases, a psych evaluation, & be up to date on all medical. This most recent surrogacy pregnancy was my last one. I am now helping to nourish babies and then will be fully retiring as a surrogate, and breast milk donor.

I have had 5 successful surrogacies - 3 with the same family.

I pumped after each surrogacy & provided for multiple families each time. A few babies I helped nourish had to have breastmilk for medical reasons & thrived.

No covid or flu vaccines. I don't ever get the flu. I'm rarely sick (colds/other viruses). Maybe once every few years and if i do i recover fast.

Did have covid mildly. Recovery was fast. So I have natural antibodies.

I store my breastmilk in a deep freezer, dated & oz marked, I pump directly into bags. Ounces vary on avg 4-6 ounces and some will be less or more.

Weekly exercise in my lifestyle. I go to aerobics 3 days a week (2 days is a dance type and 1 day is tai chi)

I have limited caffeine. My typically shelf beverage is sparkling ice flavored water with B vitamins, and other vitamins.

I use thick shipping containers designed for shipping frozen goods, dry ice packs, and dry ice.
